Small lobby but our room was great! It was updated and very clean and the amenities were ample. Our room on the 4th floor was very quiet. I loved the automatic nightlight in the bathroom! The gym was very small and a little stuffy but adequate for a vacation workout. Cookies at check in were a wonderful treat! Location is very close to Rockefeller Center and Radio City Music Hall and a short walk to Times Square. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the area, the subways is like a 5-7 mins walk super convenient. The staff greeted us every time and we even got a complimentary upgrade which was amazing! The only thing I would change is that when using the shower, water does get everywhere since it’s just flat to the ground but thankfully housekeeping does come and change out the towels. But overall, an amazing stay and would def recommend to anyone coming to the city.

The area was typical city vibes but the hotel only had 2 elevators of which one was broken. The day we were leaving both elevators were broken and had to walk down 23 flights. The hot water and phone lines were also down which caused more problems. When they finally got one working elevator the cleaning staff would not let us ride the elevators first and we were late for our transportation and reservations. It was an utter chaos the day we left. A text or email would have been helpful so we could have planned are day earlier!!!! But the front desk was also chaos!!!!

I have been staying in so many hotels in NYC, I would say the customer service experience I had was the best one. The staffs especially in the Front Desk, wish I could memorized their names ( a lady when I checked in and a gentleman when I checked out. Location is great! Next to Rockefeller Center. Easy to find a place to eat. Close to the train station, close to Bryan Park etc. The things that a bit bothered me, you can hear very footsteps, neighbors doors when it opened/closed.

Our room was on the 18th floor - water pressure was horrible, almost nonexistent. We could barely wash our face, so taking a shower was out of the question.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Only one working elevator the entire time, the second day we were there water started coming through the ceiling of the “working” elevator while my husband was in it. The second elevator was shut down at that point and we had to walk down from the 23rd floor. We had no AC in our room and maintenance was not sent up until 11pm. We had to wait 20 minutes for the elevator to talk to the front desk about anything as the phone in our room and on our floor near the elevator were both broken. The toilet in our room ran the entire time we were there. In fact the only time the toilet stopped running was when water was out to the entire hotel on Easter Day. The desk was letting guests know the restaurant was still open for business, which is disgusting since there was no running water. A nightmare everyday and all we were offered was one night free which we still have not received a refund on.

De las 5 noches que estuvimos solamente la primer noche funcionaron ambos elevadores. Los demás días solo funcionó 1 y era muy lento para poder subir al cuarto. Y un día no tuvimos agua ni para jalarle al baño. Se tardaron en arreglarlo todo el día y su única solución fue regalarnos 2 botellas de agua. La atención en general de los trabajadores deja poco que desear.

This stay was horrific. One of the two elevators were broke the entire time meaning you either had to wait in line for 15 to 20 mins for an elevator or take the stairs which is crazy considering I was on the 18 floor. I woke up one morning to get a shower and barely any water was coming out of the shower head so I took a glass to the sink to try and wash myself off. The water then turned brown and completely stopped. When I told the front desk there were 3 people behind the counter. Only one was willing to help while the others said they will get it fixed when they get to it. I will never stay here again.

Great location. Small lobby but nice and clean room. Cleaned daily and friendly staff. Local shop next door, nice restaurant across the road. Noise from nearby party venue an issue and gathering out the front when they leave. Probably recommend packing some earplugs. All in all a nice place to stay and would recommend.
