Ramada off of Empire ave was nice, there was only street parking but I had zero issues finding parking, staff was great, made it easy and convenient, hotel is brand new and I enjoyed being able to be close to where we wanted to stay.

The hotel is new, and the room was comfortable and nicely appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the breakfast area with tea, bagels, toast and more. The only issues was the lack of onsite parking, and the C1 level unit was noisy, perhaps because it was close to the kitchen/break room, and the walls weren’t well insulated. Good overall experience, and we’d visit the hotel again.

Neat interior and the beddings are nice. The bathroom facility is well kept and and clean. However, the room is relatively small, no open sitting area and breakfast is limited. Overall, the hotel is recommended.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. There is no proper lobby, and when I arrived, the staff seemed indifferent to my presence, sitting behind bulletproof glass without acknowledging me. I even had to double-check the address to confirm I was in the right place—it hardly felt like a hotel. I arrived early and asked if I could leave my suitcase, but was told that wasn’t allowed. When I asked to use the bathroom, I was only given directions after practically begging. For a hotel charging premium prices, the complete lack of service and hospitality was shocking. Once inside the room, things didn’t improve. There was no closet, the floor and shower were covered in hair, and overall the room felt unclean. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere. This was far from worth the price.

New hotel, so bed very comfortable and general hotel condition is very good. Location is not incredibly convenient, and they don’t store luggage. While there are plenty of pay luggage services in the general area, it’s pretty inconvenient. It’s one of the reasons one chooses a hotel and not an airbnb for short stays. They’ll let you check in early if there is a room, but not something to count on.

The general manager was incredibly accommodating and we enjoyed our stay I booked two rooms and it was very clean and well maintained and secure Plenty of delis and food options within walkable distance. We were incredibly pleased with our experience here would stay here again

The property is new and it feels like it. My room was spacious and clean. However, the lobby is rather small with nowhere to wait and there are no bedside lights or switches so I had to get out of bed to turn off the lights after late night reading. Wir hatten vermutlich das schlechteste Zimmer im ganzen Haus. Die ganze Nacht haben wir die Gespräche der Rezeption gehört! Am Tag waren wir zum Glück unterwegs! Das Zuschlagen der Treppenhaustüre ca. Alle 2 Minuten war auch nicht zu überhören! Sehr sehr hellhörig!!!! Das Frühstücksbuffet können wir nicht beurteilen. Nach kurzem Blick in den Frühstücksraum oder besser gesagt Zimmer im Keller! sind wir sofort umgekehrt, da klar war hier werden wir nichts essen! Unmöglich, würde hier nie wieder buchen!
