Harelene at the front desk was fantastic her warm welcome and professionalism truly stood out and set the tone for our stay. 45 Times Square Hotel is comfortable and works well for a 4–5 night visit. While the hotel could definitely use some remodeling and updates, the overall experience was very positive, thanks especially to the excellent front desk service. The location is also a major plus just steps away from Times Square and close to several subway stations, making it easy to get around the city. Harelene really made us feel at home.

I highly recommend this hotel — the location is unbeatable, right on Times Square! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Rooms are cleaned daily, and the view from our room was simply breathtaking. A fantastic experience overall!

From the very beginning we loved the experience. The staff that helped us to check in was so wonderful and kind. The room was cute and had everything we needed. It is right there in time square, so everything is close by, but you wouldn't know it with the sound proofing, it was so quite in the room. Check out was great and they even held our bags while we walked around some more. When we do come back to NY, we will definitely have this as our first choice.

Staff was amazing and so friendly. Our TV was only allowing us to watch baseball, the Cubies at that. Joked with the staff because it wasn’t a huge deal for us, we found it funny. It was fixed in 10 mins and we had donuts the next morning in our room with a sweet note. Really appreciate to small gesture. Will stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. However, the cleanliness and room conditions did not meet our expectations. When we first entered the room, we noticed a lot of dust and hair on the bed and around the floor area. We immediately called the front desk, and they quickly sent a housekeeper to clean the room. Although she did her best, I still felt uncomfortable staying in that room, so we requested to switch and were moved to Room 701. Room 701 was better, but still not perfect. The biggest issue was the bathroom—it didn’t have a shower curtain or a door, so every time we took a shower, water spilled all over the floor. It made it very risky to walk in the bathroom afterward, and I was genuinely afraid of slipping and falling. On the second day, I called the front desk again to request towels and asked if the housekeeper could help clean up the water in the bathroom. While she brought the towels, she said she would return in five minutes to clean—but unfortunately, she never came back. The housekeeping service was disappointing overall. Also, the room didn’t look exactly like the photos online, which added to our dissatisfaction. While we appreciated the front desk team and their effort, the housekeeping standards and room setup need serious improvement.

The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The room was nice but a bit small. Not much room to eat with 2 guests. No microwave for leftover food. Clean and comfortable though.
