There doesn't have a fridge in the room. Internet need pay 20 dollars per day ! Bed doesn't comfortab, not enough soft and not enough hard. That make my back hurt. We saw a cockroach when we eating breakfast in the restaurant. That is crazy !

When we checked in we had to wait 2 hours in a line that wrapped around the whole lobby. When we got to the front desk we were told that they only had availability for 2 nights and then the last night we would have the check out of the first room and check into a new room. So they had to make a whole new reservation that took even longer. We were told by the manager that we can come after 12 to switch rooms. After the 2 nights we went to go switch rooms at 12 but we were told that we would have to wait until 4 to check in even though we werent informed of that when we checked in for the first 2 nights. The first two nights we were in room 546 and the quality of the room was terrible. It is not what i paid for. I had to call room service 3 times for new bed sheets and blankets because they were dirty and they kept bringing dirty blankets. The shower was filling up everytime we showered so we could only take a 5 minute shower or else it would over flow. We called the front desk for someone to check it out. A person came but it was barely fixed. Then when we checked into the new room, you could tell the difference between both rooms. It was more cleaner and put together. But at 8 in the morning a security came telling us to wake up even though we didnt ask for a wake up call or person. Not only that they didnt even knock they just opened up the room with a key card. Fortunately we put the lock so they couldn't come in but if not they would have been able too.

On Friday of the Labor Day weekend, we arrived at the hotel at 9:00 AM and promptly checked in. At that time, we were told our room was not ready but that we would receive a text once it was available. We then stood in a one-hour line just to drop off our bags. Hours passed, yet no update ever came. By 5:00 PM—after waiting nearly the entire day—we were instructed to join yet another line, this time combined with both new check-ins and guests like us who had already been waiting for hours. The result? An additional 2.5 hours in line, finally receiving our keys at 7:30 PM. This is simply unacceptable. The staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to prioritize families who had been waiting since the morning. To make matters worse, the manager on duty displayed zero concern for families with children who were exhausted after hours of waiting in crowded lines. Not even basic courtesies such as water, seating, or any form of relief were offered during this ordeal. The complete lack of organization, customer service, and empathy is shocking for a hotel of this stature and reputation. What we experienced was not merely an inconvenience—it was a failure of basic hospitality.

I had a 2.5 hour wait to check in. I arrived at the hotel at 10pm and waited in line until 1am to check in. I had a 3 night stay and they asked me to check out after 2 days and check back in as I would have to change rooms. I had to then wait another hour to check in after two days. It was an incredible inconvenience. Never have I ever had to wait 2.5 hours to simply check in. The lobby was under construction and the wait for elevators was up to 20 minutes. Awful hotel. Would not recommend to anyone.

The central location is good. The price wasn't too bad. The hotel was undergoing renovations. That wasn't noted at booking time. Had to use the freight elevators. My room was fine. The staff was great. Very helpful and friendly.

The place was a bit of a mess. Ongoing construction made the lobby messy and confusing. The room felt very small, and the two double beds instead of queen were very tight. The beds were also VERY high. We found it very difficult to climb into bed!!!

I had a terrible stay at this property and would not recommend it. The hotel was under major renovation, something they failed to disclose at the time of booking. The amount of dust everywhere triggered my allergies and made the stay extremely uncomfortable. Check-in was a nightmare — we had to wait in line for over 40 minutes because the reception area was under construction and only two staff members were available to handle more than 100 guests. On top of that, we were taken to our rooms using service elevators, and even then had to wait in line for more than 20 minutes just to get upstairs. For the price and reputation of this property, the experience was absolutely unacceptable. Guests should be warned about such conditions before booking so they can make an informed decision.

It is under construction and we had to use the service elevator so it did not feel like a Sheraton stay. It felt like a cheap motel. We drove to New York so we had to pay $85 US dollar per night for parking ( parking is independent of Sheraton) and no in and out option so ur cars is kind of locked during ur stay. We used subway anyways. Location was excellent walking distance to time square, Central Park, 5th avenue. They charge $25 a night for microwave and $25 for fridge. There was a microwave in the hallway so we didn’t bother with it. Their fitness room was one of the best I’ve seen in hotels. Overall good stay if you don’t mind the messiness of construction.

Entire hotel is under renovation and they haven’t even mentioned it. We were surprised to look at the state this hotel was in and there was no other option but to stay. The hotel is not willing to compensate anything as well. There is no lobby, waiting area, restaurants, even guest lifts were not working and the service lifts were only 2, so we had to sometimes wait for 15-20 minutes.

Decent room - and that is about it! Checking in was total chaos! Waited over 3 hours to check in at 11pm, only to be told that we had to change rooms 2 days into a 3 night stay. When we went to "change rooms", waited another hour and were told we did not need to change - that was nice, but could have been communicated to us instead of having us pack up, go to lobby, and wait another hour. When trying to check in there were many employees just standing around talking. When asked what was going on, they said "I will check" but then never returned. If you enjoy wasting time waiting - this is the hotel for you!

When we arrived there was major work going on in the lobby area so reception had been moved downstairs but there was no immediately obvious info about that. When we eventually got to the right spot there was a long slow moving line. The team was doing its best. The room was fine, though very dated and in need of cheering up. Very clean. We had breakfast in the restaurant but it felt they were cramming folks into too small a space and the food was pretty average. Great location!
