櫃檯接待人員很體貼，入住時不但提供應有的住房資訊，還親切的告知備有咖啡點心，等待時間可以享用，也告知有洗手間可使用。旅館地點也很好，步行可到第五街、紐約公共圖書館、洛克斐勒中心、中央車站.....; 體力腳力夠的話，還可以步行到中央公園。早餐相當豐盛，水果供應充足！

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel, direkt in Times Square Nähe. Diverse U-Bahn Stationen sind schnell erreichbar, so auch die U-Bahn zum JFK Airport. Das Hotel selbst macht einen modernen Eindruck. Das Zimmer hat eine gute Größe. Auch das Bad ist ausreichend groß. Hier allerdings hatten wir bei der Dusche das Problem, dass trotz geschlossener Türe das Wasser unten raus geflossen ist. Beim Frühstück gab es eine gute Auswahl. Was uns allerdings störte war der Einsatz von Einweg Plastik besteck und Plastik Becher. Auch die Papierteller könnte man umweltschonender durch richtige Teller umsetzen. Hier gibt es Verbesserungsbedarf. Alles in allem waren wir mit unserem Hotel sehr zufrieden.

Everything was great. Great location, safe, close to public transportation, Broadway, Times Square, many restaurants. The only down side is that the rooms are on the small side but this was not an issue for us.

First, I'd like to mention that my rating includes both the hotel (4 stars) and the customer service (1 star). If you don't have any issues, it would definitely be 4 stars. This hotel offers a convenient, clean, and modern stay near Times Square and subway stations, ideal for a city break. Our room was small, but well-equipped with amenities like a coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave, and housekeeping is excellent. The lobby features a small lounge area, a bar, and a small shop. Breakfast is typical American fare, continuously refilled by attentive staff. However, the use of paper plates and cups as well as plastic cutlery is a a bit of a sustainability concern. Overall, the hotel itself is a solid 4-star experience and I can recommend it. However, the customer service regarding a billing error was a significant letdown, earning a 1-star rating. A $30.04 restaurant charge incorrectly appeared on my bill. Despite raising the issue at checkout and subsequently via phone and an email to the front desk manager, the problem remained unresolved for over a week. Excuses ranged from manager absence to a missing bartender, and eventually, the issue was escalated to "upper management" for this minor amount. As of now, I have not received a refund or a satisfactory resolution. For me, this experience highlights a significant deficiency in processes, transparency and employee empowerment that falls short of the standards expected from Marriott.

Hotel consigliato! Ottima posizione, ottima pulizia e camere nuovissime dotate di forno microonde e macchina del caffè. Stanza silenziosa per essere a NY. Una estancia muy agradable. La cama súper cómoda, después de un día de mucho caminar el descanso en la cama era de lo mejor. El desayuno es excelente, siempre lo mantienen con suficientes alimentos, el personal que se encuentra atendiendo son muy amables y siempre atentos a las necesidades de los comensales. Personal de mostrador muy atentos y siempre con una sonrisa. Por mi experiencia en mi estancia en este Hotel lo recomiendo ampliamente.

I would have given a 5 star rating but customer service is refusing to follow up. Best breakfast I’ve had at any hotel. Not quiet due to location so close to time square. Staff was great UNTIL, I asked them to call for a taxi. I’ve seen how over priced uber was compared to taxi service. Most hotels have a taxi button but I did not see it. Asked desk clerk to call a taxi and luggage clerk apparently called Uber. Instead of ride costing me $50 according to taxi website, and if I had ordered an Uber in my app it was estimated at $79, this Uber charged me $85. I was furious and called hotel only to be told the hotel does not do this and that the only way an Uber would have arrived was me using their app. A total lie. I’m sure there is a kick back for all involved and I am so angry. I’m not sure how to call a taxi on my own in NYC, but next time I will ask someone on the street bc I won’t ever trust a hotel staff to not get their part of the hustle.

Our experience at the Springhill suites was excellent! The smaller hotel located on the other block and half from Times Square was very convenient, very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and was just what we needed for our stay in New York City. Our room was tastefully decorated, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and nice. The only complaint was that the thermostat was very bright, and we had to cover it overnight because the glow of it lit up the entire room. Otherwise, an excellent day!
