We were second in line at check in and it took about 25 minutes to be checked in. One employee was at the desk initially dealing with an argumentative customer from a country I assume is used to bartering rates. That kind of delay is understandable to a point. But a second employee came in. Instead of checking us in, they just stood there playing on their phone while we continued to wait. We saw three sets of prostitutes with their Johns come down in this time. I can say by the smiles on the Johns' faces, they were quite satisfied with the services rendered. A hotel guest came down during our wait to complain about the wi fi not functioning. The second staff member essentially said "it works for me, so you are wrong." Wi Fi did not work in our room either, but we just came for a place to sleep for the night, so it didn't matter to us. Once finally in the room, the shower was fairly low pressure, but worked. The tiling in the bathroom was nice. It's not the worst hotel room I've been in, and seemed clean. The bagged "breakfast" was acceptable for an inexpensive hotel.
