During the afternoon nap, the attendant entered the room without knocking, prepared to check out, took out the wallet in the safe and found that five hundred dollars were missing! It's really scary.

The Kimberly was a great experience. Clean, spacious and beautiful. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. They exceeded my expectations. Ralph was very personable and made us feel like we were his #1 priority during our stay. They were all great!! I would definitely stay here during my next NYC visit.

Lovely spot, I will definitely stay there again. Nice staff, very on top of stuff. The dining options in the hotel are terrific, had breakfast at the Upstairs restaurant every morning. Love the location - close to Central Park and many other landmarks but surprisingly quiet in the way it’s tucked away. I’m surprised there weren’t more in-room amenities, the coffee setup was pretty sad and the amount of bottled water they provide seems a little chintzy given the price point of the hotel. The only other downside was the view; beware to anyone on the side of the hotel that has to stare at a washed-out, ugly apartment building all day long…but hey, that’s NYC, baby. Would recommend!

Fantastic! Way beyond our expectations! Very clean, very large, every detail was addressed. Wonderful balcony. But, the best asset was the super employees. From check in to check out, every interaction with all employees was way beyond what one might expect. From the bell hop who explained every detail of our room to the fantastic door man, Harry, who covered ALL our transportation needs, don’t know how anything could have been better. This hotel really allowed us to have a wonderful visit with our family, enjoy a great Mother’s Day, and celebrate our 56th Wedding Anniversary. Really enjoyed the wonderful surprise gift. Thank you all for everything!

The Kimberly is a classic hotel with beautiful furnishings, attentive service, and three options for dining along with room service. Providing valet parking is a great help in NYC. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located in midtown just a few blocks from Fifth Avenue and 50th Street special spots(Rockefeller Center as one example).

Over all beautiful hotel. Amazing housekeeping staff. So friendly and thorough. We just feel that some of the front desk staff was unorganized and not as friendly as they could be. We had packages delivered and they couldn’t find it and didn’t feel receptive or helpful. BUT, two young ladies who checked us in on the 30th early afternoon were fantastic. Please commend them for exceptional service that day and the following days. The door staff were fantastic and the young man who carried our bags up was stellar. Bravo. Over all good hotel and walking distance to great restaurants and shopping.
