The good thing about this hotel is that it is within walking distance of the cruise ship terminal, if you are not hauling a lot of luggage; otherwise, hotel staff can contact a taxi for the short trip.

Oufff le pire hôtel que j’ai vu. Tout d’abord on nous a placé au sous-sol. Sur ma Réservation il était indiqué une chambre standard et eux avant une chambre pour mobilité réduite. On m’a froidement dit que je dois valider avec expédias. Il y a eu du bruit toute la nuit et notre chambre était tellement humide. Notre chambre était en avant de la porte du buffet qui ouvre à 6h30. On n’a donc pas dormi de la nuit. Pis pour le wifi!! Que dire outre que inexistant.

Perfectly located for our MSC Cruise! I was able to walk to the cruise port from the hotel. Super clean and the staff are incredibly friendly! Breakfast was a great way to start the day. Restaurants were relatively close, too. If you are cruising out of Brooklyn, you want to stay here!

I stayed with my boyfriend after a concert at Barclays. We were surprised to have a room in the basement but the room itself was pretty good. Not too big but comfortable enough to get ready in. Considering our room was in the basement it was well lit and the windows were looking into the parking lot. The cafe on premises is in the basement but we did not have a chance to make our way over. Im extra critical of bathrooms in any hotel room but i was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of this bathroom. I would stay again. Receptionists at the desk were friendly and helpful. Overall no complaints, good stay.

The staff was very friendly, but the breakfasts were really disappointing. The hotel was dirty – one time our room wasn’t cleaned at all. All the towels were left on the floor, and we had to ask for fresh ones ourselves. Additionally, after using the hotel towels, we developed a rash with red spots on our legs and upper body. Overall, we don’t understand why this hotel has such high ratings – definitely not recommended.

L’emplacement par rapport au port de croisière est excellent. La facilité du check-in, excellent. Personnel à l’accueil super sympathique et volontaire à nous aider. Un peu décu qu’il y ait un étage de chambre au « demie sous sol ». Ceci étant dit, la chambre était parfaitement convenable au niveau des lits, propreté et confort. L’emplacement est un énorme plus pour les gens qui partent en croisière du terminal de brooklyn mais beaucoup moins intéressant autrement. Si ce n’était pas de l’aspect pratique pour la croisière, je serait très décu de l’emplacement géographique de l’hotel.
