We checked in close to midnight after a long day of travel, just wanting a clean, comfortable place to rest, but it was the exact opposite.
We found tiny bugs crawling out of the shower drain and up the walls, so we asked to switch rooms. The second room they gave us was already occupied, we accidentally walked in on a half-naked man. The third room was only available for one night, and we were later told we’d have to move back to the original room with the bugs. At that point, we asked to cancel the rest of our stay.
The hotel said they issued a refund through Expedia, but nothing went through for nearly two weeks. Expedia tried reaching out to the hotel and couldn’t get a response and almost denied the refund until I followed up with the hotel again —only then was it processed.
The rooms are small and overpriced, and while the aesthetic tries to be trendy, the space felt worn — the curtain shades were stained and not well maintained. Overall, a really poor experience.
