After a delayed flight spent 30 min with parking lady telling me she didn’t have my reservation but didn’t think to mention she was parking only and not hotel. Then got to hotel front desk, this lady had zero personality or ability to be pleasant. This was 4am, she sent us to our room on 9 th floor we winded down several hallways with lots of luggage then the key didn’t work. I went back to the front desk and told her and literally all she said was “oh” and recoded the key. No, sorry about that or any nicety, like it was my fault.

The breakfast wasn’t good, heater didn’t work in one of the room and also they charge for parking as it’s not included. It truly needs an improvement. Their airport shuttle wasn’t that great.

While the staff is very friendly, menu items were not available at the restaurant, and the servers didn't know what ingredients were in their entrees. The hotel is lovely, but it is located where the city stores their garbage trucks, so it's stinky. There aren't any real restaurants around, so if you walk somewhere, it takes some time, and you don't really feel safe.

I did not like the the fact that they had bed bugs. when we decided to eat upstairs on the 9th floor in the cafe we received raw fries, when we asked for the fries to be reheated they went back for one minute and brought it back out the same way we received them. Also we were not able to watch tv due to the fact they gave us a Samsung remote with Roku tv. You have to pay an extra $20 to leave the hotel and come back. This was only a one day stay and it was very eventful. NEVER WILL STAY HERE AGAIN.!

The area surrounding the property isn't a very walkable shopping area. But the hotel absolutely makes up for it with the interior. It is very clean and decorated very well. The staff is amazing, Darren helped check us in, we had a hard day and he definitely helped out. The 9th floor is so beautiful, it had an amazing patio to sit and hang out in. We had an amazing view of the city skyline. Will definitely be coming again

I waited an hour for the hotel airport shuttle. In the sun. Missed checkout so I took an Uber. General manager assured me that the shuttle is operated by a 3rd party and unaffiliated with the hotel. I asked for a late checkout since I missed check in by a couple of hours due to the shuttle incident. Denied. No real attempt at resolving the issue other than a few kind words so that I won’t leave a poor review. Most notably, the Bartender on 9th floor was rude beyond words. She was visibly annoyed at the fact that I asked for service and didn’t even try to hide it. I figured since the bar was nearly empty and she had already served the only other guest, ordering dinner wouldn’t be too much of an inconvenience. I asked about the ice cream on the menu and she said “we don’t have that” and went back to watching her TV show. I stood there speechless and in silence waiting for her to realize she was at work, not at home, and had not taken my order yet. I don’t expect much from a 3 star hotel in Jersey, but basic customer service seems a lot to ask.

The smoke alarm on the ceiling has a green light that illuminates every 10 seconds. Irritating in the dark when trying to go to sleep. Minor, but these little details can make a difference. Otherwise the bed was very comfortable!
