This property is conveniently located inside Newark Airport on Terminal B. There are shuttles that run every 15 min. Note that even though this hotel is considered an "In- Terminal," location, you cannot walk to it.
Aisha at front desk was amazing! Super friendly and helpful. It is a Marriott so you always know what to expect. Thanks for a good stay!

Environnement très bruyant surtout lorsqu'il y a des groupes étudiants sur le même étage. Couse dans le corridor, claquage de porte et cris. J'ai dû faire intervenir la sécurité car il était passé minuit. Tous les bruits du corridor sont dans vôtre chambre. Dommage car c'est un bel hôtel.

Terrible, when I first went to check in I was rudely told that there are no rooms available ( I made a reservation a month ago) and was told to come later preferably in the evening. When I went in the evening, they gave me a room where the bathroom doesn’t have a lock (I’m staying with my cousin). I room service and an automated message played, so I called the front desk and asked for some water, they told me that they don’t give any additional complimentary water, I told them they didn’t give me any water, I was told to go to a dispenser( which is in the lobby) or buy bottles from their store( where 500ml bottle costs 6$). There’s zero room service, no staff to help you with your luggage. Overall it’s a terrible experience

Pros: close to the airport, quiet, clean
Cons: because I did not book directly via the Marriott website, (1) I could not receive hotel points for the stay, and (2) early checkin charge (which they would not have done had we booked directly). The desk clerk was not especially courteous about any of this. In addition, the restaurant service was very slow to take and deliver orders despite the fact that the place was nearly empty.

The parking fee is entirely too high. I likely wont stay again, because of it. Too high. I liked everything else about it. Just the not the parking fee....

The hotel is clean and comfortable, but there are a few drawbacks. The rooms lack a safe, and the closet space is very small, making it difficult to hang clothes.

I have stayed here before and it has been good. This time I was disappointed for a few reasons.
1. The tv remote wasn’t working so I asked for a replacement, the second remote was no better and the buttons were actually broken.
2. The sink drain was not draining, maintenance came in to clean the drain, fixed the problem for a couple of hours and then it was back to the same.
3. Hair dryer didn’t work, requested a replacement and had to call the front desk 3 times and wait over and hour. Hair dryer was still not sent to the room I had to ask one of the room service ladies in the hall way to get me one.
Eventually I just checked out a day earlier and switched hotels.

The lobby is pleasant, and the bar restaurant is open late, which I like. The room itself is Motel 6 quality for Marriott prices. Wouldn’t book there again.

Restaurant staff was poorly trained and super slow for an airport hotel. 45 minutes for avocado toast. Also took 10 minutes to be seated when I was the only waiting.

I had a room that the air conditioning wasn't working properly went to the front desk and the young man at the desk took care of it immediately and switched me into a new room. I don't remember his name but he was very attentive.
