Four floors of this 14 story new construction rental / condo type building are a Hilton hotel and this hotel has the spirit of a new construction gentrification boheamouth. The entrance and lobby are confused and unpleasantly laid out clearly designed to service the needs of both uses of the property and maximize revenue at a loss of ambiance. The one building has two entrances one for the renters and one for the hotel guests and though they share the elevators guests and residents are expected (and verbally instructed if they use the wrong entrance) to use separate entrances. The result is a confusing lobby design oms of the hotel are t same , mostly bare grey walls with sparse bad are prints, a few nice fixtures, (very nice furniture though) it's got a mid / bare minimum feel, no wallpaper or wainscoting or interesting features on the wall just sheetrock and savage baseboard. It all feels like staged apartments without any of the care or interior design that would make it feel thoughtful to the guests inner life or aesthetic experience. However it's clean and new, everything worked, the beds are comfortable, the suites are huge but some have odd shapes they feel like huge rooms not premium experiences. The price is right, it's a good hotel I guess its the best in the area. It is wildly inconvenient that they don't have a parking lot but there is a municipal lot around the corner and it's only $14 overnight, but it's still annoying they don't have their own lot.

We had a damaged floor in our room. Some of the flooring tiles had come off. They should have replaced it before offering to the room to us. We also had a problem with the toilet - it was clogged right from the beginning of our stay and we had to call for assistance. I felt that the staff wasn't particularly in a mood to help.

Für die NY-Reise haben wir das Hotel ausgesucht, weil es direkt am Bahnhof Rahway war. Zimmer Größe/Preisleistung schon Okay. Gut war der Service und die Sauberkeit. Wäscheautomaten gab es nicht. Musste 10Min. zum Wäsche-Geschäft laufen (3,50 Dollar (WM oder Trocknen). Akzeptieren wohl nur 25Cent Münzen. Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle nur auf Anfrage. Frühstück hatten wir nicht. China-Imbiss (Dragon Palace) direkt vor Hotel. ALDI US & Walmart circa 40 Min. zu Fuß. Bahn fahren zum NY-Pennstation Hin+Zurück= 20 Dollar. Für uns 3 Person jeden Tag = 60 Dollar. Bitte einkalkulieren. Ich würde das Hotel wieder empfehlen. Gut war große Dusche mit Glastür.

The hotel does not have its own parking. The garage is owned by a third party. It is pay by the hour so it's not $12 a night as advertised on Expedia. Also the garage was often full. The bathroom was so dirty and out dated. I would never stay here again and I was shocked that it was affiliated with Hilton.

Had a mixed feedback related to staff here, the person who did check-in was good, there was a problem with reservation which he was able to address. But the following day there was a lady at the desk who was rude and was not helpful. I did not expect such poor service from Hilton. Be aware though expedia shows breakfast is included with fee paid, the hotel only provides breakfast for 2 adults, they deny children.
