“Paul was very helpful. Very walkable. Good shopping and restaurants. Very limited in storage space for suitcases. Parking was a pain. No place to drop luggage. No lift. Not good for people in their 70’s with back issues dragging suitcases up two flight of stairs after walking 150 yards.”

“A beautiful setting spoilt by some unseasonal bad weather. Slept very well - felt safe and secure and hut comfortable but would have liked more shelving to put belongings out and had hooks but no coathangers! Would book again.”

“Our stay was excellent. House was well located to travel all around the county, in quiet road with convenience store just around the corner. Inside it was comfortable and well equipped. Owner provides a variety of food stuffs plus herbs and spices.Overall: 5 star stay.”

“First, I have to say Michael was an excellent host. I got sick the first night there (obviously picked up in Dublin). Soon almost all of our party was down. Michael went above and beyond to help us, from offering to pick up grocery items, delivering wood and briquettes for the fire, and even bringing a pot of stew his mother made for us. We stayed longer than we had booked because we couldnt drive, and Michael was just wonderful about the entire situation. As for the house, if you love old……
