“I wanted a cozy retreat from DC over the holiday, and this was perfect. The dog loved running around the lot and taking walks around the vineyard. I loved the views of the pond, the eagles, and having plenty of space for puzzles, drawing, and reading. I took a speaker for tunes. No wifi but my cell worked fine, as did my hot spot. “We stayed for a motorcross race (son was racing). We didnt do much at the house. Its nestled back in a quiet point on the water. Easy commute to and from to the grocery/simple shopping stores. Starbucks right down the street for you coffee lovers. The interior decor is simple and antique.”

“The Rose is brand new and very modern/chic. Rooms are large (my king bedroom had a sitting area with a couch) and have plenty of outlets for electronics. Nice amenities such as free bottled water and a complementary breakfast bag delivered to your room containing muffins, apples, granola bars and juice. The staff has been well trained in hospitality and are warm, smiling and helpful. The gaming area is great fun and has many popular slots. New players get $50 free play! I will.be back.”
