“Super, super cute mid-century mod renovated cozy house, walking distance to many things in Colonial Beach. Located just off the main road, this is a great stay. Very comfortable, so beautifully decorated, and great outdoor space. The neighborhood is a little strange because it's a mix of a lot of older homes, located behind a 7-11, BUT it is just a humble area and we felt safe. We were glad to be close to a good coffee shop (Love Bites) and a few restaurants. Easy short walk or drive to the……

“WOW!That just about sums up this property.Our stay was almost perfect (will mention a few negatives at the end of this review)The unit itself was very clean and pretty much matches the pictures in the listing. The beds were comfortable and the supplied linens and towels were very nice as well.The kitchen is well stocked as well.Courtney was a pleasure to deal with and there were no issues with check-in or anything else on her end.Only a couple minor issues (which would not stop us from visiting……

“I really don’t know where to start it was great from beginning to end! Ricky was a 10/10 host everything you may need he was there to accommodate. Easy communication, friendly it almost felt like staying with a family member. The stay and the pool is beyond beautiful the pictures really don’t give it justice it’s a really massive backyard! We had a pool party for brother who got out of the army and it was enough space to fit everyone. I’m telling you now to look no further THIS stay is the place……

“Very nice, clean and comfortable home. The interior was better than the pictures depicted. Our favorite place was the deck where we watched the ducks and swans. We would definitely come back. ”

“Our family had a great experience staying at this place. We were close to the beach and had access to a pool. The kitchen was stocked very well. The screened in porch on first floor had everything you need for the beach and the pool (chairs/towels/toys/beach cart/floats). Size was perfect for 2 couples and a child. (room for more children as well)”

“Fabulous doesn't even begin to describe how wonderful our time was at Blue Crab Cottage...the cottage was absolutely perfect for our family of 5, as well as our dog Princess. The views were spectacular...the host was so friendly and helpful...the kids loved chatting with Mr Chris and meeting his dogs, who were the sweetest welcoming committee. We had a great stay, and we hope to come back for another stay during our next trip to MD. ”
