Uber or Lyft cost around $9 to Staten Island Ferry Terminal. Adjacent to the terminal is the Empire Outlet Mall, a shopper's paradise.

Transportation: BUS S51, S52 & S78 and Staten Island RailRoad just one block away, providing a direct 7-minute ride to the Staten Island Ferry.
The space
Welcome to our modern and newly renovated property! This spacious home features two bedrooms, including a master bedroom with its own attached bathroom for added privacy and convenience. Additionally, there are two bathrooms in total, ensuring ample facilities for your stay.

For guests who need to work during their visit, we provide a dedicated workspace where you can comfortably attend to your tasks. Stay active and maintain your fitness routine with the provided workout bike, allowing you to exercise at your convenience.

The fully stocked kitchen equipment is a highlight of our property, complete with all the essentials you'll need for cooking and dining. Here, you can unwind, enjoy the picturesque NYC vistas, and observe locals walking their dogs or indulging in fishing activities. In addition, South Beach is a 10 minute drive away.

Transportation to Manhattan is a breeze with the free 24/7 Staten Island Ferry, which offers a 25-minute ride to Lower East Manhattan. From there, you can easily access local or express trains to explore Central Manhattan, including iconic destinations like Times Square and Central Park. Uber rides to the Staten Island Ferry terminal are approximately 10 minutes and cost around $8. Alternatively, the S51, S52 & S78 Bus stop, conveniently located just one block away in front of CVS, provides a 10-minute journey to the ferry terminal for a fare of $2.75 per person. Additionally, the Clifton Railway Station is a 1-minute walk away, offering a 7-minute train ride to the ferry terminal.

For those traveling by car, reaching the ferry terminal takes approximately 10 minutes, and there's a valet underground parking option beneath the Empire Outlet Mall, situated right next to the terminal. Furthermore, major airports including JFK International Airport, LaGuardia Airport, and Newark International Airport can be reached within approximately 30 minutes by car via the Verrazano Bridge.
