“It was a nice enough place but would have liked to known it was on the top floor of the whole building. We had no communication on how to actually get in the building and with the check in etc so had to phone the owner themselves which took time and would have been helpful to have all of the info in an email. There was also no soap to wash our hands with which isn’t great after covid and all… also please note you have to pay for street parking which is expensive in my opinion ”

“Been here now for 6 years over Christmas and new year. We love the peace and quiet and access to lovely walks with the dog. The house is ideal for those wanting to get away from it all and is equipped with everything you need. Although remote, Ellon is only 10 mins drive and Aberdeen just 30 mins so perfect if you want to get out. Highly recommended”

“I can’t complain too much about the room, it was ok. Nothing special just what would be expected for the price. I had to pay for parking, I hadn’t seen this mentioned on the app when I booked it and the receptionist said it was because I had booked via hotels. Nothing against paying but there are plenty of other hotels local that don’t charge. I was told to book a table for food via the qr code. I tried several times but it wouldn’t work.
