“We did not end up staying at this property because the host cancelled on us the day before. He reached out 2 months prior to tell us his pool would not be available and offered us a 20% refund. But he never provided it and did not communicate about this again. When we followed up about it, he cancelled the whole stay and tried to get us to change properties last minute. This seemed very strange so we didn’t agree. We did eventually get a full refund after a LOT of back and forth but lost over……

“This house was absolutely perfect for our friend's weekend wedding. 14 guests, guys/girls in their early to mid 30s. We stayed at this house and attended our friend's rehearsal dinner and wedding about 30 min away. The location is perfect, slightly secluded and quiet. The property is very large and has all the amenities a group of people could want. The interior of the house was clean, setup nicely, and aesthetically pleasing. Everything listed was accurate. The pool and hot tub were clean and……

“We had a meditation retreat at this home. The home is large- and is a charming house that seemed to go on forever. Two huge communal rooms- both we large enough for both yoga and meditation. The community is quiet and off the beaten path which it a very special location - this is the second time we rented this place from Travis. He was always in communication and was a great host. “Overall, a great stay with a well-equipped kitchen, BBQ grill, hot tub, fire pit, and a spacious backyard.The biggest highlight was the fire pit—it was easy to light and perfect for gathering around on a cold night. Both kids and adults enjoyed the hot tub. The in-ceiling speakers were a nice touch and kept the music going throughout our stay.The location is excellent—situated on a quiet street and conveniently close to Legoland.A few minor improvements could enhance the experience:Bathroom……

“Great home for entertaining large groups. We were pleasantly surprised to see many necessities were already there, ie. toilet paper, coffee filters, spices, ice making machine, laundry detergent, etc. The manager, Jack, was helpful and easy to reach out to. Would highly recommend.”
