“As an area native, I was back to visit family in the area for a week with my family. This property is terrific for walking into downtown for coffee, shopping, meals and meeting up with people. We really enjoyed the proximity to everything. The space itself is terrific, with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, comfy lounge area and cozy bedrooms. Everything was clean, accessible and well thought out. All in all, a great stay we would recommend.”

“House is clean, large, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Coffee is provided, kitchen is a good size, however we did not cook. Its about 40 minutes to walk downtown, and 5 minute drive. ”

“We really liked the room and location. It was clean and felt safe. The individual managing the property responded to our needs and questions in a timely and respectful manner. However we did not like dealing with Vrbo and the fee for having to rebook. We are seniors who sometimes have to change plans due to medical issues. Vrbo makes this difficult with the high fee. It was our first time dealing with Vrbo and we will not use this booking service again. Hopefully there is another way to book……

“We and our dog stayed in the small one room suite. It was very clean and had everything we needed: a kitchen, a private bathroom, a very comfortable bed along with a dog bed! The location is in the heart of charming Newburyport yet quiet. We will be back. ”
