“Very comfortable B&B. We have stayed here before. Nice place in a good location within walking to Capitol Hill or a short uber ride downtown. Only gripe is that coffee is not available until 8:00am. Would be nice to have it in the room or down in the main area. ”

“This was a great property. Perfect location that was 30 minutes to downtown Seattle. Charles was there when we got there to greet us with his 2 dogs and show us around. Our dogs enjoyed meeting them. Charles was very reaponsive throughout trip. Wone of the tooms has an air mattress that my daughter didnt love but otherwise this was a 5 star location for us! Charles also made sure we had a larger table to eat and play games!”

“A good place, that worked well for my family. Host communicated very well. Location was perfect for our needs. There are some quirks to the property Lower level apartment, so you can hear upstairs movement and talking. No sink in the kitchenette. Tall people will have to watch out for the vent. Nothing major, we would stay there again. ”
