Open the front door to your delightful rural retreat where you can unwind and relax .The Barn has a large open plan very well equipped kitchen to create a home from home feel, Double air fryer, dishwasher cooker, microwave, hob, kettle, toaster, all crockery, cutlery, glasses, utensils, tea towels , fridge with freezer box. A large chest freezer and washing machine are available in the shared utility room on site.
The double bedroom has en suite facilities with ample space for a cot or z bed for an additional child overlooking the countryside. The twin room has its own bathroom. Central heating and free WI FI thoughout the property. All beds have quality Eqyptian cotton linen. White bath and hand towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.

Lounge area oak beamed with 2 comfy leather sofas, Smart TV + fire stick, cosy wood burning stove( with a complementary starter kit of logs) exposed oak beams, vaulted ceiling with skylight windows, extra lighting, coffee table and a comprehensive selection of books and games to suit all ages. The lounge door opens onto the balcony overlooking the garden and our woodland and fields beyond, with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. Our 5 acre woodland bordering our equestrian holding is abundant with a variety of birds and wildlife. A network of footpaths are within a few minutes walk, an ideal short cut to the village bakery in Betws Ifan, which always has a selection of tasty treats and freshly baked bread. The petrol station in Beulah has a small general store attached.
Cardigan Bay has an eclectic mix of attractions and something for everyone. Family and dog friendly pubs, kyaking at Aberporth, pony trekking over the Preseli Hills, Cardigan Island, beautiful beaches and quaint seaside villages, a shopping experience in the delightful market town of Cardigan with its ancient castle. Being close to the Pembrokeshire border, makes this a terrific location to explore the best of the two counties.
