Disappointed experience
I have over 30 years of travel experience across different countries and have never encountered a hotel as terrible as this one! The pillows at this hotel are extremely soft, and even though we were provided with four pillows for the two of us, they were so soft that we couldn't sleep well. The room was very cold, and despite setting the temperature higher, it still blew cold air. Eventually, we turned off the air conditioning, but it still felt very cold (the temperature that night was 7 degrees Celsius). Sleeping on the third floor, I couldn't sleep well, so I went downstairs to seek assistance from the staff. I requested additional or replacement pillows and blankets, but the staff member rudely told me that all the pillows were the same, and if we wanted extra pillows and blankets, it would cost £20. I felt very frustrated and disappointed at that moment! I have never encountered a hotel that charges for additional pillows and blankets! Then I asked the staff what could be done about the cold weather and if there was any heating. The staff rudely replied that adjusting the air conditioning temperature was the only option. Oh my God! Although this hotel is conveniently located near the city center, has free parking, and the rooms are large, the rude staff and the extra charges for pillows and blankets are extremely disappointing and infuriating! I would rather pay more to stay somewhere else and never return to this hotel again!

由火車站行去酒店約需15分鐘，但該段路是斜路，携帶行李十分不便。 我們共４人住了兩晚（兩２個房間），房間空間足夠，但花灑之水嚨頭不好開 (太緊). 還有第一晚在沐浴完後，浴簾連該支架突然跌下。另一個房間則在第二晚，門卡突然失靈！

I booked for two nights but left after the first night: I had not read the comments (alas), but you should know that the pub located on the ground floor of the hotel plays music until 23h!!! ... I add that the floor of the room was not very clean ... in short, a first bad experience with an expédia reservation ... nevertheless, I nuance because the very low price should have encouraged me to better reverse before booking. However, the staff is friendly...

This is a very dated hotel and whilst it’s a good location few minutes to centre it’s so unclean and dated whilst the price sounds good it’s not and not much cheaper than other hotel chains with better ratings. Rooms smelt a cigarette but left in room and stunk of smoke. If I’d of had a room in the newer part I would have been happier. Bedding was clean comfortable bed. The hallways are filthy and the cctv looks at the wall !

We didn’t get the property we booked, our booking was shifted into another hotel, which was dirty noisy and had very shady vibes. Breakfast for 2 was included we only get for 1 person. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately it was the coldest night this year and my bedroom heating wasn't working so the lovely woman from reception said i could change room of give me hear heater so i took her heater also there was a very noisy guest who wouldn't shut up but i did get a sleep in the end

Eine Recht zentrale Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar, jedoch zum Frühstück erstmal 15-20 Minuten laufen bis man in der Stadt ist. Auf dem Weg zurück zum Hotel hat uns der Anstieg etwas aus der Puste gebracht. Das Hotel war in Ordnung, für 2 Nächte OK. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, aber man klebte nicht am Boden fest. Durch die wärme im ganzen Haus oft Sticker Luft, die man auch durch Fenster öffnen (gehen nur einen kleinen Spalt auf) nicht raus bekommt. Das Personal war bemüht freundlich zu sein, der erste Eindruck war da etwas schlechter. Die Frühstückstüten sind nett gedacht aber mehr auch nicht.

Mein Zimmer war bei später Anreise nicht gereinigt so wie es vom Vorgast verlassen wurde.... nach 30 Min Reklamation verlangte man von mir zuerst bei meinem Reisepartner im Zimmer zu übernachten bis man mir ein minderwertiges Zimmer gab zum selben Preis in dem es nach Schimmel roch
