“The house was beautiful- could not have been cleaner. I asked if it was possible to get an early check in- NO response. The whole house had ONE TV- that did not work. That was a definite setback with so many children to entertain. I contacted the host who EVENTUALLY got back to me, but that is as far as it went. It was not remedied.”

“Overall, my stay was great. However, one of the amenities listed was a hot tub. My brother and I were really looking forward to this after skiing each day. When we wanted to go for a soak, the water in 2 or the 3 hot tubs was very green. Not good. There was a third, much smaller hot tub that looked relatively clean, but it was already full with 2 people. I notified the property management about this. They apologized but informed me that they weren't responsible for the hot tub maintenance,……

“Scott was a great host, quick to respond to the few messages we sent. We loved the hot tub and gas fireplace after a day of skiing! Check in and out was easy. The home was perfect for our family’s stay. The kitchen was well stocked and the tap water was amazing!!!We live in the country and miss our well water whenever we travel.
