Messages on the app that i didnt know i needed.Travelled almost 2 hours in poor weather conditions with a toddler, to phone the place and the ‘office be closed’. Phoned help line which is in india who just kept telling me to wait 1 hour. 3 times!!! ”

“The apartment was very central and was well designed and clean . The bed was very comfortable. We had a small outside space which could do with some attention but a nice touch as the room was rather warm. Our room was on the 2nd floor and accessed by stairs. Communication prior to our visit was clear and helpful. We enjoy the freedom of self catering and the apartment was well equipped. We met the man in reception as we left and he was friendly but otherwise we did not need any assistance……

We had ground floor Maddox room and we found there was very little noise from Asda/outside. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out".
