“We had a great vacation on Jaybird Pond, swimming, kayaking, hiking and making family memories. Renters should know that the property does not have running water or electricity. The property managers help you figure out how to boil the pond water and use the propane lamps. If you’re willing to rough it, you can’t beat the experience of having your own pond. ”

The bed was plush and luxurious, the surround sound music over the large tub created an unparalleled relaxation experience, and the saltwater hot tub was soothing after a long day of movement. “Such a cute place to stay and our dogs loved having an area to run out back. We spent time in Freeport, Kennebunkport, and York and this was a nice home base that was secluded compared to other locations, which we appreciated. Would definitely stay here again! ”

“Very nice week. Ground floor layout was very good. Master bedroom was very noisy. There is a plumbing problem in the bottom floor bathroom. Lower bedroom floor needed to be cleaned. Outside decks needed a lot of attention before they could be used. Firepit was excellent. Gas grill needs to be replaced and also ran out of fuel. Great beech and dock. Overall we had a great visit. ”
