“Very well decorated with quality items making for a cozy environment for 2. The bed was comfortable, and don't let the lack of electricity fool you... heat, hot water, a stove, and a refrigerator worked fine. “We truly enjoyed our stay here! The cabin was clean, they were very thoughtful about items supplied and the location was perfect. We were able to spend the days hiking in the North Cascades National Park and the evenings relaxing at the cabin in the hottub or exploring beautiful creek that runs behind it. “This property is comfortable and beautifully situated by the wild Cascade River. It worked well for us as we explored North Cascade National Park. It is an unusual place to stay in that it is really off-the-grid, so you have to do things like turn on the generator (not hard) and rely on battery-operated lights. In many ways the property is a perfect reflection of the wilderness you find yourself in. A great experience!”

“Quite location with wonderful full water river behind the cottage. ”

“Our family of 6 loved everything about this set-up. It allowed us to enjoy some of the ambiance of camping but without having to fly from out of state with all our gear and real beds and indoor plumbing was a plus. The community where this lodging is located is beautiful, quiet and convenient access to the National Park which was our focus. There were a few issues that came up during our stay but Sarah, the property manager, was in regular communication with me and was quick to remedy what she……
