I have stayed here many times over the past six years. I have noticed in the past six months or so that the cleanliness seems to have slipped, particularly in the bathrooms. I've also noticed that what used to be top notch customer service seems to have completely disappeared. The wifi did not work in my room and when I called reception, the woman working told me that I was wrong, and needed to wait for it to show up in my wifi list and then she hung up (it never did). When I had an issue with my key, I went to reception, after breakfast, and waited five minutes for anyone to come out. I used to love coming to Bedford Lodge, and have booked my executive team there for weeks at a time, but I think this was my last visit. There are so many options in the area, with the lack of customer service, Bedford Lodge does not seem to be a top choice anymore.
