I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the condition of the room I recently stayed in at your property. The room was covered in dog hair — on the floors, furniture, bedding, and even in areas where it clearly should have been cleaned thoroughly. The hair transferred onto my clothes, socks, and body, which was both unclean and extremely uncomfortable.
I do not like animals, and I certainly did not expect to stay in a room that felt like it had not been cleaned after a pet had stayed there. This experience was absolutely unacceptable and well below what I expect from a professional hospitality provider.
I urge your team to re-evaluate your housekeeping protocols, especially in pet-friendly rooms, and ensure a higher standard of cleanliness. I also believe some form of compensation is appropriate for the discomfort and poor experience I endured.
