“En general muy bien; se trata de un hotel con las características de construcción de las casas de Newport, pero la atención del personal, seguramente los dueños, muy hospitalarios, casi como casa de huéspedes, cuartos, estancias y restaurante muy acogedores, con estacionamiento incluido, buen desayuno, un sistema de servicio de alimentos novedoso e interesante para mi, pero bueno, ricos los alimentos”

“The staff were extremely nice, and they double check the cleanliness and status of your room after turnover by the cleaning staff. They made a large effort to have the room ready for an earlier check-in. The room itself was very clean (and the bathroom products smell great). The hotel is situated next to the international tennis hall of fame and is a short walk to downtown, or you can take a slightly longer stroll and head toward the cliff walk/mansions! ”
“Our stay here was great!! Serena was so accommodating and called ahead to ask about arrival time + dietary restrictions for daily made breakfasts which were incredible, and included in cost of stay. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and updated and the roof deck was just an extra perk! Will recommend to others, and if I’m back in Newport I will definitely stay here.”

“This was an amazing experience! Exceptional property and service. Definitely a Five Star location, located along the famous Cliff Walk, right on the ocean! We stayed in the French Provincial room which had amazing ocean views. The room itself was flawless and beautiful, heated floors in the super large bathroom, everything was sparkling clean. We felt pampered from the moment we arrived until our departure. The staff was amazing, including Hannah, the maitre-de, to Craig, our on-staff driver,……
“This is a clean and comfortable property in a great location. The staff service was excellent. The main restaurant and bar was excellent and I had no need to go elsewhere for food during my brief stay. It was an easy Uber ride to the airport. If I’m in the area I’d gladly stay there again.”
