“We had a great time at the house, and we had enough space for all 5 adults and 3 kids. The cottage house was a little musty and we weren’t aware the room in there was up a steep flight of stairs but otherwise it was great. The beds are comfy and the fireplace kept the room warm in the cooler evening and morning hours. The walk to the beach is tough for little kids and older folks, and the beach access is very steep. Once on the beach though, it’s private and beautiful. ”

“Nicely remodeled home. Have not found one yet in Bayshore that has been this nicely updated. Plenty of towels, blankets, basic kitchen supplies. Good access to beach. Lots of seating areas throughout home. Quiet except for the sound of the ocean - just what we were looking for :)”

“The place was clean, well-appointed and very comfortable. A short walk to the beach, and a short drive to either of the places I like to eat and shop in Newport. Jim and Lana were attentive and helpful. Would absolutely recommend!”
