Property was well located & we walked almost everywhere. Ubers were abundant. Property is older but Beds comfortable, suite very clean & housekeeping was available with fresh towels when we called.

The resort was wonderful. Loved the indoor/outdoor pool area and the fire pit. Rooms were spacious. Having a kitchen was great. We loved our stay and can't wait to go back.

The property was perfect. Our 2 bdrm, 2 bath was perfect for our stay. There was a full kitchen if we needed, but everything was so close we ate out every meal. The location was perfect. Not in the middle of the traffic and 5 minute walk to Bowen's Wharf. Already made next year's reservations!

We were so happy with our stay! Location was amazing, right by the water and walking distance to all the attractions. The property was very clean and well maintained. Parking was a plus! And the staff was very accommodating and friendly! Loved the layout of the rooms! We will be coming back!

The location is amazing with beautiful views of the marina! Walking distance to the aquarium which the kids loved! Staff was friendly at check in and quick to respond when I requested new pool towels. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the jacuzzi! The arts and crafts offered were fun as well, my kids took home tie dyed shirts to remember their trip! We didn’t have time to check out the indoor movie theater but I love the concept of it and it looked really fun! The room was large and clean and had everything needed for us to make breakfast and keep snacks on hand. The whole place smelled fresh and clean like a spa. Overall great stay!

Close to downtown so very convenient to be able to walk downtown. The room was spacious and clean. My son loved the room and the indoor/outdoor pool was warm even in April. Unfortunately we were not able to utilize the game room because it was being painted. I would recommend to friends and family to go here.

Our two bedroom apartment was perfect for our stay in Newport. Staff were very friendly and helpful, lots of facilities onsite to keep everyone occupied during the bad weather, indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, gym , games room and cinema. Great value and would definitely stay here again

Such a fun spot- walking distance to the marina, water, restaurants and shops! The pool is awesome and is indoor/outdoor pool with hot tubs! The indoor pool is on the smaller side but it leads outside and we were able to swim comfortably even in March. The rooms were spacious qnd each had their own bathroom. I would request the 3rd floor so that you get the New England style peak in the family room area. So cozy and adds so much character. The movie theater and game rooms were great for kids and we enjoyed the schedule of events with free mimosas, muffins etc. I would definitely return!

Very helpful staff. We were in a spacious 2 bed 2 bath unit that was very nice. We especially loved the 2 hot tubs and the gym. Located right next to the transportation center with the local trolley and all the other buses. Would stay again if I was in the area.
