Girls Trip
We had a marvelous time at the property. This is theour second year in a row. We had a college reunion weekend. The unit was clean and comfortable. Everyone at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. We can’t wait to come again next year.

Nice place near everything
We enjoyed our stay in this property. There were a few minor issues with cleanliness (eg hair tie by the tub, some hair on the bathroom floor) but overall pretty good and we felt comfortable.

The property was lovely! Only issue… fireplace very tricky to operate. However, check in process was not good at all! The office was closed where we were to get access card . It took 2 calls to the 800 # … at 11:00pm on a cold evening! The call center informed us they knew the office had not been open and redirected us to a different hotel to get our access key. They never contacted us before we arrived and called ourselves, though they knew the office had closed unexpectedly.

Great Stay!
The condo was perfect! It was so clean and spacious. I went with a friend. She had her side of the condo with a bedroom and bathroom, I had my space on the other side with the same. Perfect accommodation. The view from the windows in the living area was beautiful. Beds were super comfortable. Highly recommend and will be back!

Great place for a family
We had a great time on our Newport vacation. The location was right downtown, walking distance to Broadway and Americas Cup blvd. The pool was a great addition to our stay. The room comfortably slept our family of four and we loved the kitchenette. I rated it 4 stars for cleanliness because we had to move the couch to find the dropped remote and I found a bag of open snacks from a previous visitor. Otherwise, it was super clean and well maintained. The fireplace was my favorite feature. My kids loved the jacuzzi like bath. We will definitely stay here again.

A wonderful 5 night stay in Newport! A great off-season find! Accommodations were generous for a BFF getaway with 2 beds/baths and living area. We used the gas fireplace every day after sights and shopping. Prime location, parking was a breeze, and prime sunset water views! Recommend 100%
