No elevator but they did offer to carry our luggage up the stairs. Parking under a 200 year old building was tight but certainly acceptable. Limited cold breakfast choices but delivered to our room on time everyday. We enjoyed the historical building character and the updates were bohemian in design. Close to all the charm of the area and walking distance to everything. We got our steps in. We would definitely recommend this place.

We were greeted at the property by the kindest staff as we checked in. The property is in a cute neighborhood in downtown near plenty of shopping options. Free parking and complimentary breakfast delivered to your room! Our room was spacious, and it had a mix of contemporary and historic design.

This was a real gem of a find-- a small inn, with complimentary breakfast delivered to your door, sangria on arrival, fitness area and treats in our room. Very walkable to all the areas of downtown Newport, would highly recommend!
