The room and furniture could have received a better cleaning. The two clothed chairs at the bed side needed to be discarded, it was no padding left on them. In the other hand the counter person on days was attentive. The place seems to be under a new management, hopefully they can make positive improvements.

We did not sleep at all. It was very noisy and the room next to us had two Chihuahuas that started barking at 4:30 in the morning and never stopped. They were not supposed to even have dogs The management did nothing. .On top of this, there was no hot water when I went to take a shower. I went to the front desk about both issues. She was nonchalant about the water issue and yelled at me for knocking on the door of the dog owners telling me I should have talked to management. I told her that I heard management talk to them and the barking continued. I told her that under the circumstances I felt that I should get some kind of refund and was told that because I purchased on line and not directly through them there was nothing they could do. But she could give me a discount on my stay. Like I would stay again. NEVER.

I really want to give the staff and service 4-5 stars because of the front office people but the housekeeping. We have a garbage from our room that we handed to them but instead of taking it they showed us where to dump it. 😳 so basically we cleaned our own room.

The staff here is amazing. My husband and i were running late for check in time. The gentlman at the front desk, named Davis, was so gracious, welcoming, friendly, helpful and all around great. We enjkyed our stay so much that we booked a second night. The Hotel was clean, quiet, well stocked, in great condition and all of our questions were answered. 5 stars. Highly recommend. Will stay here again when in the area.

This was a bargain ! Good location to tour the area and reasonable pet fee . We stayed 3 nights and paid for the next day too. Place was very clean with pleasant staff . Room was spacious . Had microwave and fridge . No breakfast but had 24/7 coffee tea and cocoa . It was all we needed . Some litter was noted in the yard like plastic bottles so a little clean up outside would be nice . Dog area nice and people picked up after their pets . Good sized pool closed for season. Lots of shopping nearby . Quiet comfortable .

We made a last minute decision to visit RI. My usual places (chain hotels) did not allow pets or had an additional $50 per night! Red Roof Inn allows one pet at no additional cost. I was worried about the place being messy since some pet owners are not responsible. The place was very clean, and I think we were the only pet owners. The lobby was CLEAN. One of the days, it rained, and I felt bad taking our dog in and out since she would make paw prints on the floor. Those paw prints were gone when I came down again. It seemed like someone with OCD was obsessively cleaning the lobby area, and I say this in a good way. Other areas were clean (enough) but the place seemed worn out. If you travel with kids, it has McDonald, KFC, Dominos, and Stop and Shop (to buy milk etc.) within a walking distance, and we used a full use of them. For the price, it was a great deal. If we visit RI again, we will stay here again for sure.

Overall, the inn wasn’t bad. One of the members of my party wasn't happy with the cleanliness of their room. The lobby area should be updated to make it more inviting. Rhe woman at tge front desk was polite and friendly. The staff were friendly and helpful, too.

Check-in and out were good experiences. Staff were very pleasant and polite. My only issue was the bed was too firm on the uncomfortable side. Everything else was great.
