DO NOT STAY HERE — Left Us Stranded at 2 AM on Memorial Day Weekend
If I could give zero stars, I would. We had a confirmed reservation for Memorial Day weekend—one of the busiest travel weekends of the year. We booked in advance, planned around it, and even called to double-check. Everything seemed fine… until we were literally minutes away from the hotel at 2 AM, when I called to let them know we were close and they informed us: “We don’t have your room. We are fully booked.”
No apology. No explanation. No offer to help us find another place to stay. We were just abandoned, exhausted, and left scrambling to find a room in a completely booked-up area in the middle of the night.
This wasn’t a mistake—it was a total failure in basic hospitality and a complete lack of professionalism. You don’t sell out people’s rooms and leave them stranded without recourse. Ever.
Do yourself a favor: avoid this hotel at all costs. If they can leave us out in the cold on a holiday weekend, they’ll do it to you too.
