I did NOT like arriving after checkin time & finding that they did or did not have a room ready.1st room assigned, 111, I think, became unavailable because not ready but it showed ready in their computer. Staff discussed this among themselves. I eventually was given room 201. I did NOT like being awakened at 2:50AM by someone tapping on my door telling me I had to move from the room, some such nonsense, he seemed under impression I was not in the right room. I told him about confusion at checkin, he left. 2:10 AM? Huh? I had a 5 hour drive in the morning and I had to endure being awakened because someone on staff had made an error in scheduling, room assignments, names, whatever? When I told the woman on duty this AM as I left at a little after 8AM, she didn't seem especially concerned. Facility is fine, my experience was awful. Perhaps a review of scheduling, record keeping is in order.
