“We had a wonderful time at this rental! It was spotless, well-maintained, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay extra comfortable (makeup towels, KCups, extra dog poop bags, toiletries, etc). The host had great communication and shared helpful tips about the area, which we really appreciated. Our dog especially loved the well maintained fenced-in backyard and the friendly four-legged neighbors.”

“What a beautiful and super clean home. Communication with the host made everything more enjoyable and pleasant. Host thought of everything possible that we could need and then some. The rooms were beautifully decorated and looked like right out of a magazine. There were extra blankets and pillows in every room. The kitchen and bathroom has everything you need. It was such a pleasure to relax in this home. If you want to fish or crab, they are kind enough to lend you their fishing and crabbing……

“We were in town for my son's USCG Graduation. The location was about 14 mins from the base. The owners were super accommodating to our needs and the space was perfect. I loved that the linens were provided and the beds were very comfortable. The downstairs living space was great for our other family members who came by to visit. We enjoyed the jacuzzi which was easy to use. Definitely 10 out of 10. Thank you Vince, you were beyond helpful!”

“The Mermaid Cottage has a wonderful beach vibe , it is the perfect beach getaway. And the cleanest house I ever rented!!! Just a short walk from beach to house we could go back and forth with the little ones with ease. The beds are so comfortable we all had a good nights sleep. The host provided many yard games to play after a day on the beach . The yard was a perfect space to hang out after a day at the beach! And there were bikes in great shape for a morning bike ride around the neighborhood. ……
