“Great all round. Villa 12 was nice and spacious. Unusually the bedrooms are on the ground floor and upsrairs the living area. Location is good. Walkable into newquay centre in about 20 minutes. Discounted breakfast each morning for residents is a nice touch. Staff all friendly and if we returned to cornwall would definitely stay here again. ”

“Accomodation was fantastic and welcome to the site was brilliant. Only issue we encountered was the external sewage pipes as they ran along side the cabin. From day 1 it appeared to be a problem with some sort of blokage and contractor out every morning trying to sort it out. The foul stench left behind after contractor finished was quite overwhelming, especially coming back into the main bedroom ensuite toilet. Thankfully we were out and about everyday with friends, so only had to contend with……

“We had a lovely stay at Oms place. The house is a great size, actually a lot bigger than we expected. Bedrooms spacious and the living area was ideal for 2 families. The house was lovely and clean and welcoming. Facilities on site are good, only missing a shop, nearest shop is a short drive away. Kids enjoyed the pool and the park, outside pool was not yet open but can imagine in summer would be a real winner. Thanks, would not hesitate to book again!”

“Our first visit to this stunning property as a family and we were not disappointed!Every beautifully appointed room and bedroom suite has a spectacular view over the River Gannel and Crantock Beach.The open plan kitchen, living and dining room bring the family together and the pool deck is fantastic. Our host Anne was most helpful and responded to any questions and requests very promptly making our stay extremely comfortable and relaxing. ”

“Lovely property, nice garden, short drive to local beaches. Quiet area. Enjoyed our stay although house was missing some essential amenities when we arrived such as toilet roll and bin bags, also one oven didn't seem to work. Also think the living room would be a bit more cosy with some cushions or blankets perhaps, and I would suggest leaving the folder with the checkout information etc in an obvious place as we only accidentally stumbled on it on the last day. But other than that a very nice……
