Outlook at The Peaks

Enjoy your next trip to the mountains at the awe inspiring Outlook in the desirable Peaks neighborhood located at the base of Sunday River Resort. Enter this expansive mountain home through a large tiled entryway with enough space to store all your gear. Featuring a large open great room with breathtaking views of Sunday River and the surrounding mountains, a gourmet kitchen complete with granite countertops and stainless appliances, and an off-set dining room ideal for entertaining. The second floor offers a private master with luxury en suite bathroom and king sized bed. The lower level has a second living area, bunk room and fourth bedroom, bathroom, wet bar, and direct outdoor hot tub access. The Outlook at the Peaks is a premier location to unwind with friends and family in the Bethel / Sunday River area. To enjoy your trip to this mountainside property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.

Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.

Great house and location! Management company was very responsive when contacted. A few more pillows would have been nice. Would definitely stay there again.
