“The only real things I didn't like about the property was the floors upon check-in were dirty, not dusty. After my 1st shower while my feet were drying they turned black from walking around. Also some dirty dishes and mice poo in the cupboard. Beyond that this place was amazingly quiet and peaceful. Comfy as well. On the clear nights you had full view of the stars. Lots of trails in the area”

I brought a 16’ motorboat which enhanced the value by being able to explore Cranberry lake and it’s breathtaking. Rich was so nice to deal with and actually reached out a month in advance to answer any questions for our upcoming trip which I thought was really helpful. My teenage girls absolutely loved our trip, Especially catching fish right off the dock….This place is a gem. 10/10”

“Very clean! Cozy and warm for our winter stay. A beautiful Adirondack cabin to enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding land and amazing river . Owner was easy to contact with any questions we might have had. We hope to go back again. ”

“This is a really nice place for those looking for a more remote and peaceful environment. As advertised there is a lot of privacy with neighboring houses pretty much out of sight, even those across the pond. Having no motor boats was a plus for us although during a paddle around the lake (pond) we did notice one docked boat with a rather large outboard and we were glad we didn't see it out on the water. There is a nice quantity and variety of boats here. Way more than we even used. The pictures……
