“My family of four had a fantastic stay at this property! It is beautiful, clean, and is thoughtfully equipped. We relaxed and enjoyed the town of Pella. This was a perfect base for exploring the town. ”

“When we arrived at 9:30 pm it was 84 degrees in the house. It took until early morning before it was comfortable. We were also hit with the smell of dog urine. After the ac ran the smell went away. The house was clean and bedding was clean. There was a huge urine stain on one of the beds that did not come from us when we removed the bedding at the end of our stay. The location was great as it was an easy drive to many places were there to visit. ”

“Great place to stay. Owner and Jessica (Evolve) were prompt and courteous in resolving a minor issue when we arrived. There is parking for 4 vehicles off street and location was perfect for our needs in Altoona and Des Moines. It was well kept and had plenty linens and towels for our group of 13. The kitchen was adequately supplied to take care of our culinary needs too.”
