“Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this house. It is a quiet waterfront location, but also near retail, restaurants and grocery store. Property manager was very responsive and communication was great. House and amenities were as advertised and things were clean and ready for our stay. We enjoyed swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding in the lake and caught multiple types of fish too. All in all, a great trip!”

“Very clean and easy stay. Very nice for a couples getaway. The dock and lake were just gorgeous to hang out, tan, and swim in. Easy parking and check in/out. We had a blast for the price we paid and just enough privacy for the two of us! We had access to Roku tv as well to watch movies, full kitchen for cooking, and laundry. Loved it! ”

“We had a very nice time staying on Lake Norman. We had three teenagers with us. We rented a pontoon boat for a couple days and the kids loved going tubing. The boat was delivered and picked up right on the dock. The dock was our favorite spot as it is two stories with plenty of furniture to sit on and a extra large sunbrella for shade from the hot sun. We stayed through the Fourth of July and by far had the best view of the fireworks and all the boats in the cove lit up the lake. We also loved……

The house was nicely spaced with bedrooms in different parts of the house allowing everyone to go to bed at their own times. Worked well for a family getaway. Nice neighborhood too, not like “lake houses,” but homes people live in. ”
