“Lovely apartment! Host was very communicative and responded to all requests and questions. Bed clothes were uncomfortable and there were no toiletries or paper goods upon arrival. Gave this feedback to Michael. Great laundry service. Dryer on washer doesn’t work.”

“Lovely warm cosy cottage with all we needed for the stay, fantastic garden with beautiful views, small fence at each end and it felt very safe for our dogs who loved it. Lots of places to visit in the area. Very peaceful location, yet minutes drive away from shops etc for supplies. We saw the dolphins and seals from the bottom of the garden, it was perfect. Thank you for letting us stay, hope to be back one day.”

“On a spacious site by a river, we were welcomed to this superb accommodation by casual and friendly hosts and enjoyed the sporting facilities like golf, tennis, snooker walks and cycling and as well as the castles, restaurants and other amenities in this lovely area. We had only one infant but he too was well catered for.”

“It was amazing, it was comfortable , clean and homely. There was juice , cornflakes , pancakes , breakfast cereals , milk etc in the fridge for us . The experience was wonderful , will recommend to all. ”

“We were a group of 10, grandparents kids and teenage grandkids. This was perfect for us to give us all space after a crowded week in London. Masood was extremely kind accommodating to all our needs. Grocery nearby as well as another shop that sold great pastries. Close to the train station, we walked less than 10 minutes.”

“When you flush the toilet in bathroom it makes a horrible loud noise. Info on apartment states it has washer and dryer - it does not. It has a washer and a hanging rack. There was still food in fridge and cabinets, was only given 2 towels for 4 people. Beds are close to floor and are horrible. No roller paper in one of the bathrooms. I truly wanted to walk out. ”

“Apartment had not been serviced on arrival and we needed to book emergency accom for the night. The next day a lovely service person came and helped us feel more cared about and changed our apartment due to faults. We did get a refund for our first night but we’re still out of pocket. ”
