“We had a terrible experience with this place! 1. We had NO WiFi for the entire stay; we had to purchase our own wireless modem from MTN for 45000 FRW ($35). We should be refunded for this! 2. We found ants in the apartment and we reported it, but it took the staff 2 DAYS to finally do something about it! 3. We found the apartment missing kitchen utensils (no plate, no forks, no spoons); we complained several times and we were finally given these items on day 4! 4. The trash bin was not……
