The convenience of having a waterpark and various restaurants within the hotel is unparalleled, but you will sacrifice qualities for this convenience. I was disappointed in the toiletries, tv, and waterpark staff. Having stayed there for two nights and spending so many hours in the pool, you'd think the hotel would provide guests with a decent wash. Instead, they attached a hand pump to the wall containing a liquid meant to cleanse your body, as well as shampoo and condition your hair all in one. Tangles and tears ahead. The basic cable was also a drag. I had packed the fire stick but was unable to use it for an unknown reason. Having a little one who has a very specific interest in shows, the family channel and tvo options felt dated and limiting. The towel last was rude to me on two different occasions and I witnessed a lifeguard use unnecessary force when removing a toddler from a slide. Another lifeguard approached after the incident to stand around and express their annoyances regarding the lack of supervision this childs parents were providing. Next time, I will try the other area waterpark and stay in a hotel that offers more modern comforts. I am also disappointed in the surprise parking charge of $29/night. This was not disclosed prior to my arrival and felt like the ultimate money grab.
