Disappointing Stay – Room 458 on April 18
I was quite disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. Upon arrival, we were given a room at the back instead of the front, even though we had expected a better view. We were told that we should have added notes for preferences – something that could’ve been communicated more clearly during booking.
One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was for the jacuzzi, but unfortunately, that was a letdown. One jacuzzi wasn’t working, and the other was occupied by the same family for over an hour. When I raised this with the front desk, they said someone would be sent to manage rotations, but no action was taken.
To make matters worse, the $20 parking fee felt excessive, and during our stay in Room 458, we also had an issue with the shower — the water was stuck, and we had to call maintenance to get it fixed.
Honestly, I regretted not booking the Hilton, which was available at the same price and likely would have provided a more satisfying
