Close proximity to Clifton hill was definitely nice. Free parking and breakfast were what sold us on this hotel for our stay. Rooms were clean, a/c could definitely have worked better. The free breakfast was decent, but if you arrive to breakfast after 8 it can be a challenge to both get your food, and find somewhere to eat it as the tables fill quickly. Staff was friendly and facility was clean

The place was very old and smelly, need to updated stuff inside room such as coffee machine, charger plugs, sink and bathroom. Breakfast was cold and no more trays toaster machine were too slow line built up. I will say the place was safe and quiet.

The room was big and pretty clean, so it was good for bringing a 4 year old. We were on the second floor so the noise from the pool was crazy loud since they're open till 10pm. Don't expect too much for the free breakfast, very basic. Good location, everything was in walking distance. The condition of the hotel itself was okay, not too rundown but also not very updated. Overall good value.

First off I’d like to say the three staff members we encountered were absolutely phenomenal. Very nice very approachable. It’s in a perfect location for those wanting to tour around Niagara Falls. The downside is there’s definitely a humidity problem in the rooms. The bathroom door was swelling from the humidity. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and could use with some updating. And the breakfast was OK. Consisted only of sausage and egg patties and bread for toast, English muffins and bagels. coffee and juice also. Could’ve used at least a little bit of fruit or yogurt as this same breakfast every day did get a little tiresome. But nowadays, a lot of places don’t even offer breakfast, so guess you take what you get.

Property was very close to the Clifton Hill area of Niagara Falls. Walkable to attractions. Breakfast was great for our family and rooms were clean and comfortable, though the lighting was very dim. Would recommend for a family

This property is in an excellent location. Right on the wego blue line which connects the hotel to the train station and Niagara things to do. A basic breakfast is included which is a plus while travelling with children. However, the hotel itself is very work and not super clean…our room wasn’t anyway. Given the price, we expected better.

This hotel was walking distance to Niagara attractions. The room was clean and it was nice to have a small breakfast included (toast, bagel, eggs, juice) in the stay. We would stay again.

There was poor quality to the TV, there were no light bulbs in the light sockets, there were water stains on the walls, and there were unknown stains all over the carpet.

Really old hotel. Needs to be updated. Looks like they only patch up the problems. The curtains didn't close. The carpets needed to be replaced. The shower temperature went from scalding hot to ice cold. The strong odor of bleach from the pool was throughout the hotel. The breakfast area was packed every morning.
