I booked a room with hot tub during May 18-20 (Victoria day long weekend). 1) Room was clean but had a distinctive odour on bedsheet and room in general (smelled like bleach) on second we informed front desk and they sprayed some air freshener it go better. 2) walk in shower doesn’t have a light you need to keep the door open to see the light 3) recommend getting your own hand wash as they give mini dove soaps- now this isn’t entirely bad if you are ok with it but it’s inconvenient. 4) noisy hallways 5) only few channels are available on TV and our remote wouldn’t work properly. 6) hard to get parking in the front of property- need to go to other parking. 7) Hot tub was comfy but is a safety hazard to get in and get out- it’s considerably higher and floor gets slippery we added bath towels on floor. 8) bed was hard as rock- very uncomfortable- and bedsheet had a stain :/ Overall 2/5 experience. Kudos to front staff

This hotel is in a great area for walking everywhere. A lot of hotels here charge you to park your car, this was 20$ a day. We were only there 2 nights. We left our car parked the whole time, and walked everywhere. Not the greatest neighborhood, but we had no issues with anyoe while we were there. The beds were comfortable and the room was large. There is no fridge or microwave, so we brought a cooler to keep our water in. Lots of things going on around this area. The continental breakfast had no protein options,mostly bread, little tarts, quick loaves. But the rarts were actually pretty good. The woman who signed us in was very friendly, cleaning staff friendly. I would stay here again. We had a great time here.

This property was pretty good but gave average rating for a few things. It was clean and the pool was clean as well. I loved that the bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers. Our air confining unit was very noisy sounded like a plane getting ready for take off my husband said. There was no fridge in the room. Would be awesome to have as if you go out and have leftovers a fridge is nice. Can save you some money. Parking on site is nice. So even with a few things it was still average stay.

Everything about the hotel was great, except the fact that there was no fridge or microwave available in your hotel room. While there is a communal microwave, it is difficult to travel and purchase food without having a fridge, especially if you are travelling as a family. They only have a free ice machine available. Overall, it's a good stay for a quick couple nights, but pack a portable cooler in replacement of the fridge.

Only complaints; floor was a bit slanted in my room so my bed was on a slight slope. Not great for sleep. Breakfast was a bit skimpy and crowded - cereal and yogurt, no eggs or sausage. Front desk was mostly outgoing and pleasant.

We arrived very late. Front desk staff checked us in quickly, friendly and told us about the local area. The room was huge- The toilet had a brown stain in the pan. The hotel did not have another room they could move us too but allowed us to use the bathroom in a spare room until the morning. The room was cleaned to our satisfaction the next morning. The shower/bath outlet became blocked but cleared when we were out for the day. The free breakfast did not appeal to us but looked tasty and plentiful. We also did not use the pool. Dinning options in the local were varied and good. Local bus and UBER was very close. The falls could be reached in about 15 mins walk down the Clifton Hill or a few minutes on the bus or UBER. We thought the area was very safe at night. Car park was large and had an overflow. Checkout quick and easy. With many other hotels of the same standard in the area we would stay here again as it meet our needs.
