Very Disappointed – Not Worth the Price
I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room was not clean, the customer service was poor, and several features were broken. The jacuzzi tub jets didn’t work, the cold water ran hot while the hot water was scalding, and the pull-out couch was broken. Each of these issues required maintenance, but we had to wait hours for assistance each time, which took up a large portion of our stay and completely disrupted our trip.
What made it worse was the staff’s attitude. Rather than offering real solutions, they gave excuses for every issue. There was no ownership or effort to make things right.
I paid over $1200 for 2 nights, expecting a high-quality experience. Instead, I felt like a test subject in a room that should have never been rented out. It’s unacceptable that basic functionality wasn’t checked before guests arrived. A simple checklist would solve this, but clearly, quality control is not a priority here.
Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free getaway.
