I have paid much less money for a much better hotel room in my life, but that being said, every hotel (and restaurant ) in Niagara on the Lake is overpriced.
The property is dated and our room needs renovating badly.
There was no hot water in the shower in the morning. The under window air conditioning unit was extremely loud. The mini fridge in the room made a trickling sound all night long. There are zero USB ports in the room, so bring a few cubes if you want to charge your devices. The pillows on the bed were way too hard. I’m not normally a complainer, but for almost $350 a night, I’d expect much, much better than this. It’s a great location if you’re going to see a show at the Festival Theatre, and the front desk staff were lovely.
