“Loved everything about property it was great the neighbors not so much. Screaming, yelling, fighting and witnessing drug deals outside the home while on the porch with our children all hours of the night. Wouldn’t recommend for a family with young children. ”

“The whole family took a little mini vacay just a short time to get away from the everyday routine. The house very inviting and welcoming. Plenty of room as we had a family of 8 and no one ever felt cramped up. Everyone able to enjoy all the house amenities from the Livingroom fireplace, TV, comfy couch, to the Jacuzzi Hot Tub and game room! The beds were very comfortable. “Spacious and very close to Hammondsport. Good ratio of bedroom to bathroom Ample parking. Very close to noisy/busy road. Per listing, property still under renovation. If staying here recommended bringing tables and lamps for bedrooms and lighting for living area. (Bulbs and or switches not working. Window coverings would be nice. o ”

“Less than 5 minutes from US side of Niagra falls, less than 15 from Canadian side. House was great. The beds were so comfy if you like a soft mattress and pillows. I would suggest a small dresser in each room, we had to set our stuff on floors. Also some hooks in bathroom would be nice. It was great to have nice towels for once when stating in a rental.The one thing that was annoying but not a deal breaker for us, was the wifi. Awful reception, if any. Couldnt use TV because the connection was……

“I came to see the falls and the proximity and walking distance was great. The house was clean and comfortable.”

“This place was exactly as described in the listing: clean, well-kept, in a quiet and very cute neighborhood. My only complaint is that we had to pay an extra non-refundable 90 for "damage insurance" on top of the other service fees. ”

“The yurt is ideally located. We went to the riviera for a show. It was a 5 min drive. We went to an event at keybank center, a 20 min drive. The park across the street sits right on the river and only a 5 min walk. A few min to the grocery store. I was initially looking for a nice hotel but found the yurt. It didnt cost anymore than a hotel. The neighborhood felt safe as we were out late. The host responded promptly to questions. We would stay again.”

“My girlfriend and I had a great glamping experience hosted by Dave and his wife. Not only was Dave incredibly attentive during our stay but also gave us recommendations on where to explore around the town and hikes near by. The cabin was equipped with cooking material and wood for the fire (which we really enioyed). For anyone looking for sometime to disconnect and enjoy with a loved one - We recommend this cabin for you!”
