“Overall everything was as expected, cleanness, beds comfortable, and ac on point, Kitchen cleaned and ready to use, coffeemaker ready to go, parking spacious, and the Niagara falls right in 5 min driving. Quiet neighborhood and safe. ”

“House is very nice. Lots of SPACE Beds are comfortable and the entire house is clean Host, Brad was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely no complaints. We played a lot of games and a card table would be nice. Also written instructions and a broadcast guide forthe TV would be very helpful. ”

“The house looked just like the picture. Its a cute cottage that was perfect for my husband, myself and our dog. We had a family gathering in Naples and it was the perfect location for the event as well as enjoying downtown.”

“Beautiful property! This home was perfect for a “girls” getaway. Tastefully decorated - furnishings and bedding were comfortable and high quality. The views of the lake were spectacular. Location is very private, yet a short ride to Canandaiqua for restaurants and shopping. The hosts were very responsive when we had any questions. We have rented several properties over the years and we all agreed that this one was one of the best! Highly recommend this property.”

“We had a lovely stay at the Grape Escape. While it is truly roughing it, all our needs were met and the host was easy to contact if we needed anything. Hammondsport was an awesome town, with nice options for food, drinks, and vibes. Great food everywhere we tried, but Portside Bistro was our favorite. ”

Walking distance to Niagara Falls and Canada (~10 minutes easy pace walk with the whole family). Overall, the property was comfortable, great price, SAFE, great location. While the place is in a quiet neighborhood restaurants , shopping and the Interstate are just minutes away. We all agreed that if we were in the area that we would stay here again ”
