“We loved the space and location of this property. Located very well to everything we wanted, near enough to grocery stores etc. Host was responsive when contacted. Plenty of room, well furnished. Our biggest challenge, and the reason we didn't give this 5 stars, was because of a pervasive smell of cigarettes in multiple bedrooms. One room was bad enough that we couldn't use it. When contacted, they did offer to being odor remover by, however we chose to use a different bedroom. The listing did……

“What excited us about this property was how close it was to the falls. It was only a few minutes drive to all of our points of intrest. Our first night we tried the hot tub, the cover was difficult to get on and off (because it looks as though someone previously can't respect someone else's property and climbed on top of the cover damaging it). the water didn't get as warm as we would have liked and the jets seemed weak. We then all gathered in the living room and watched a couple of movies as……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was an almost perfect late fall weekend and just loved being able to watch the sunrise from the comfort of our living room. Everything was as stated in the description. Having a heavy duty crew cab pickup presented an interesting endeavor getting turned around 😆, the driveway was very steep and not a ton of room. I managed. Skee Ball was a huge hit. Didn’t explore the dock since it was the last weekend of October. Would definitely consider staying there……

“Accommodation not adequate for 4 people -- only 5 towels and 4 washcloths for a 5 night stay. Yes -- there was a washer and dryer -- but this issues should not fall on renters. 3 wineglasses for 4 of us. Same issues with other utensils and glasses. Should also have advised that rental was not ADA compliant -- between outside stairs and no safety bars in the bathroom which had slippery tiled floor. We did, however appreciate the suggestions for the dog parks. Beds were comfortable. ”

“It’s like being in a house and you can hear others when they are being loud especially on 2nd floor, near common area, but fun if you like to be social with other guests. We had a nice stay. Building is a bit older so has its rustic feel and signs of age in certain areas. Overall, based on location, convenience and price we would stay again. ”

“Booked this gem a month or so out and was absolutely impressed with the home. Kris was awesome! I texted her a couple times with simple questions and she called me within 5 minutes every time. She is great! My son also left his hat at the house and she found it and is shipping it to me. Home is VERY clean and felt brand new. It was our first time staying off the lake so we werent sure if we would like it. Loved the walking distance to the Golf Club for dinner and into Bemus for fun. Neighborhood……
